Megan has had a lifelong passion for caring and helping animals. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Vancouver Island University in 2019 and her diploma in Animal Health Technology from Thompson Rivers University in 2022.

In her spare time Megan enjoys pottery, gardening, backcountry hiking, and paddle boarding. She shares her home with her husband, foster failed calico cat “Honey”, and her childhood Shih Tzu “Boomer”
